What is Fillbook?
Fillbook is a trading journal and analytics app built for futures traders. It imports or syncs your fills, then shows P&L, R-multiple, drawdown and behaviour patterns, and tracks prop-firm daily loss and drawdown rules.
Who is Fillbook for?
Futures traders on funded prop-firm accounts. Accounts get presets such as Topstep, Apex and Bulenox, plus the firm's daily loss, drawdown and payout rules.
How do my trades get into Fillbook?
Import a CSV from NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, CQG and other platforms, or sync automatically: Tradovate about once an hour, and the NinjaTrader and Quantower add-ons as fills happen while the platform is open. Connecting a broker is optional: a CSV import or manual entry needs no broker login or API key.
Is Fillbook free?
Fillbook has a free plan that does not expire, plus paid Core and Elite plans. New accounts also get a 14-day free trial of the paid features, including one auto-sync connection.
What Fillbook does not do
Fillbook is a journal and analytics tool, not a broker, adviser or tax preparer. It has no market-data feed, and it cannot place, block or change orders.
- It tracks the rules you enter. Your firm's own platform is the official record.
- Figures are only as current as your last sync or import.
- It describes your past trades. It does not predict future results.
