Delete your Fillbook account

1. Sign in to Fillbook HQ with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and go to the Privacy section.
3. Find Delete account, read the confirmation and follow the prompts to confirm.

Deletion needs a recent sign-in. If you have a paid subscription, it must have fully ended first.

Email Developer@fillbookHQ.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify your identity and aim to respond within 30 days.

Your login and the data tied to it: trades, journal entries, notes, screenshots, settings, broker and file connections, and share links. Share links stop working. This cannot be undone.

Billing and payment records stay with Stripe for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for about 30 days. Backups we make ourselves are kept for up to about 90 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup until it rolls off. Product analytics events may be kept without any link to your account. Some records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve disputes, may be kept for a limited period.

You can export your trades as a CSV file from the Trades page, clear all trades on a trading account from Settings, delete a trading account, and disconnect a broker or file source. These changes remove that data from your Fillbook account and cannot be undone.
