For Bulenox traders
A trading journal built for whichever drawdown option you picked
Bulenox is one of the few futures firms that lets you choose your risk model on the same account size — real-time trailing drawdown that moves on every tick including open equity, or an EOD floor paired with a separate daily loss limit that gives intraday trades more room to breathe. Those are two different accounts to manage, and a journal that assumes one or the other will be wrong for half of Bulenox's traders.
Fillbook tracks whichever one you actually picked.
Option 1 or Option 2, set per account
Tell Fillbook which drawdown option your account runs — real-time trailing or EOD plus a daily loss limit — and it tracks your actual remaining buffer instead of assuming a model that doesn't match your account.
Consistency, tracked from Master onward
Bulenox's 40% consistency rule kicks in once you're trading a Master Account and requesting payouts — not during Qualification. Fillbook's Account Health score reflects that, so you're not second-guessing a rule that doesn't apply yet.
Qualification, Master, and Funded — separated
Three stages, three different rule sets. Fillbook keeps each as its own account so your Qualification stats never blend into your Master Account's track record toward a Funded upgrade.
Weekly payout cadence, on the calendar
Bulenox pays out weekly once you're eligible — Fillbook's calendar heatmap makes it easy to see which trading days actually counted toward that week's minimum before you request one.
Automation-friendly, and Fillbook doesn't care either
Bulenox allows EAs, bots, and trade copiers with pre-approval — unusually permissive for a futures prop firm. However your fills come in, live broker sync brings them into your journal the same way, so your rule tracking doesn't have a blind spot just because a strategy is automated.
