For Tradeify traders

A trading journal that tracks your Tradeify Growth account rules

Tradeify's Growth evaluation has no consistency rule and can be passed in a single day, but it carries a soft daily loss limit and a trailing max drawdown that is enforced in real time. Funded payouts then run on a 35% consistency rule and five profit days. Fillbook keeps those numbers next to your trades.

Tradeify rules at a glance

Growth evaluation and funded account. Read from Tradeify's own help pages on 2026-10-20. Drawdown type: end-of-day trailing.

AccountProfit targetMax drawdownDaily loss limitPayout day minimum
25K$1500$1000$600 (soft)$100
50K$3000$2000$1250 (soft)$150
100K$6000$3500$2500 (soft)$200
150K$9000$5000$3750 (soft)$250
  • The trailing max drawdown updates from the end-of-day balance but is enforced in real time. The daily loss limit is a soft breach: it stops trading for the day without failing the account.
  • Growth evaluations have a one-day minimum and no consistency rule. Funded payouts need the 35% consistency rule and 5 days with profit above the payout day minimum, and the count resets after each payout.
  • Select and Lightning accounts use different rules and are not shown here.

Daily loss limit, tracked each session

Growth's daily loss limit is a soft breach: hitting it stops trading for the day without failing the account. Fillbook keeps a running total of your closed trades against your limit through the session.

A drawdown floor you can see

Growth's trailing max drawdown is based on the end-of-day balance, but it is enforced in real time, so touching it intraday fails the account even if you recover by the close. Set your starting balance and drawdown once and Fillbook shows your remaining room.

Payout days and the 35% rule

Funded Growth payouts need five trading days above a profit minimum ($100 on 25K up to $250 on 150K) and the 35% consistency rule, and the count resets after each payout. Fillbook's calendar shows which sessions counted, and it tracks consistency against your best day.
