How trades actually get from NinjaTrader into Fillbook
Install the Fillbook add-on (Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On… inside NinjaTrader), generate a sync token from your Fillbook account, and paste it in. From there, fills push to Fillbook automatically as they happen — no manual export, no CSV to re-upload after every session.

What's automatic, and what stays manual
Trade fills sync automatically once the add-on is connected. Your account's drawdown type, daily-loss limit, and consistency-rule settings are entered once in Fillbook and stay in effect after that — the sync handles trades, not firm rules, since those live outside NinjaTrader entirely.
What Fillbook analyzes once trades land
The same analytics stack as every other Fillbook trade: R-multiple, setup and time-of-day breakdowns, Edge Score, and rule-based behavioral detection (revenge trading, overtrading) — computed from your synced NinjaTrader history the moment it arrives.
Plan requirement
Live NinjaTrader auto-sync is a Pro-plan feature. The free plan can still import NinjaTrader trade history manually via CSV export with automatic column mapping — the add-on removes that export step going forward.
